Applicants must be in grades 9-12, have a "C" average with no "F's", and be approved by a faculty screening panel. Members will be involved in basic activities of military and law enforcement training and will receive an official NRA ( National Rifle Association) designation upon course completion. Interested individuals need to obtain an application form from Mr. Moody.
To get into National Honor Society, students have to have a 3.0 Grade Point Average by the end of their sophomore year, and recommendations from teachers. Students who respond to the invitation will fill out a form and then at the end of the school year sit before faculty and answer some questions. Then the faculty will vote to see if the student deserves the award. These students are encouraged to do 25 hours ofcomunity service for each school year.
